The full implementation costs between $4,000 and $6,000 USD depending on complexity. It includes the diagnostic, configuration, training, and delivery. Firm price, no surprises. But first we run the free diagnostic to understand what you actually need.
Do I have to change how my team works?
No. The system is designed around your current processes. Your operators only need to learn to drag a card on a tablet. It's as intuitive as it gets.
What if my team doesn't use it?
Training is part of the implementation. But more importantly: the system is designed so that using it is easier than NOT using it. Kanban with one finger is faster than writing on paper.
Is it secure? Where is my data?
Your information lives on a private cloud server, separate from any other company. We use the same infrastructure as Spotify and Netflix (Supabase + Vercel). Your data is yours and no one else's.
Do I need special computers or new equipment?
Just an industrial tablet for the floor (we recommend affordable options) and any computer with internet for management. It also works from your phone.
